Waterfront House Plans

me and 19 other guests are planning to stay at a beach house in Massachusetts. We would like a large house right beside the water. Do you have links you would recommend?

A house in the Cape would be good. We the people of Massachusetts call it that, is actually called Cape Cod.

Hampton Beach in New Hampshire is not too far and that is fine too.
