Over the last five years, a growing number of holiday homes in traditional Riviera have been taken by the Russians, Chinese and Indian entrepreneurs with almost unlimited funds and a tendency to blatantly show-off. Many of these newcomers are coming to wealth in the last ten years, and are much noisier and unhindered, leaving an impression of the most unworthy of the ancient inhabitants of the Blue Coast.

The traditional holiday home in Europe, the owners have left the coast in large numbers, taking huge amounts of money with them, and they are now looking for more quiet and secluded places to live. Bjorn Stiedl will design modern houses and Neo-Provenasal fully furnished and equipped to high standards of quality throughout the design. The homes will be designed with the discerning executive in mind, have a large place to house the family and friends, while being both warm and discreet.

Holiday homes will be designed so that the interior design and materials complement and enhance the surrounding garden and beyond. All materials will be of the highest quality blend of classic wood and stone Provencal and modern materials.
