Vauxhall Holiday Park

Is it a good place for 12 years and how far it is the beach. Thank you

I was and we had a fantastic holiday. Both my son aged 9 and 13 and they loved it.
He has had a makeover huge .. offers many places to eat .. the kids loved the fact that he had an American diner .. and we found the restaurant good value for money and very child friendly.
There were activities planned for the boys club and they had split up, they were able to attend as they are entered in different age groups. It was good because both made many new friends of same age. The entertainment at night was also very good .. and again the children were allowed.
We also found that we didn't really need to leave the holiday park very often there are shops .. pools ... bowls .. mini-golf. the list goes on .. accommodation was clean and well kitted out.
It is also not very far from the beach about 10-15 min walk, I would say.
If you walk along the golden mile there is a train on the beach you can drive to access to all fairgrounds ride that your kids will love it! ... lol and if the weather isn't to many Great Yarmouth has a center of the sea which was excellent and loads of other things ...

The site is ok - nice flow, but they didn 't of it until last year. Beautiful park there (playground). Its much better today than it was.

There is a lot to do - swimming, pool tables, lots of food shops, arcades, etc. The closest holiday park to GT Yarmout itself. Prob 12 years as arcades, pool room, etc.

I went a couple of times, 5 / 6 years. Lots to do. Many children from things / far enough from the beach, but about three quarters of a mile and down the High Street. Gt Yarmouth is a bustling place. Lots of shows in theaters and Pier etc.We had a car so do not walk in the city. Many other amusements in the surrounding countryside. We had a couple of break vacation.

This is not a bad spot for go.twelve years are difficult to please, no matter where you take them.it depends on what you want from your family vacation, its nice and clean but the staff is aswell.its friendly enough at some distance from the beach from there, id say about 30 minutes of walking can be more, but 5 minutes by car is not too bad.have a good time and say hello to My aunt Irene who lived as in the center of Yarmouth years.enjoy forty!

I live in the nearby village and find it hard to believe that people say nice things about this place! Think old Butlins holiday fashoned, contests knee nobbly etc. ......
The beach is about 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes if walking.

Hello, I'm 14 and I'm going to Vauxhall Holiday Park for the past 5 years. It is an ideal and will visit the site on Saturday .... It will be great for youth 12 years. You have also asked about the beach ..... It is about 3 Vauxhall Road. There is also a bus that will pick you up outside the holiday park and you deposit in Yarmouth. Hope that helps!
