Durham Region covers an area of over 2500 square kilometers and is located east of downtown Toronto. The municipalities of Durham

The Town of Ajax - In 2005, Ajax will celebrate its 50th anniversary as a city and has many events planned to recognize. A small town in southern Durham Region, on the shore of Lake Ontario, it was named after WWII British warship of Ajax.
