Texas Retirement Communities

She really wants, but the population decreases during the summer, and most of the Yankees have already returned home. She has no money to move without selling, but it can not sell ... and in the meantime, her husband is very ill, probably dying, and it is there, practically alone. She said she can not go through an agency because it is a retirement community. Does anyone have ideas on how I can help get this place sold - or get out of it somehow?

Could she put an advertisement in the newspaper?
How in the world would you sell a site - tell him to ask management.
