Sugar Land Gated Communities

My family would like to buy our first home in Houston, in Texas, the end of 2008. We are looking in the following areas in order by choice - Sugar Land, Stafford, Missouri City, Pearland Katy and Richmond. I prefer to live in a gated community and I would like some suggestions to one of the areas listed above. ~ Thanks in advance.

It is a very strange coincidence that I just read on this link below. Please take extreme caution when buying a home in Texas, home builders have bought the politicians and there are many problems. Be sure to check who is the manufacturer of your home and learn about their reputation and carefully review your contracts and see what the arbitration process is if your house ends up having problems.
