We found our house plans at The HousePlanShop and received great service. The home page offers a simple search, you can search for area plans, the number of rooms or even the size of your yard. The homepage also has a link for an advanced search where you can choose the type of foundation, garage and many other criteria. You can also try the links on the left side of the homepage. There is an affordable, small houses. What I liked the site, it has been easy for us to find the house plans style that we liked and square footage we could afford.
