I am looking for a small shop space to start a new company in Dubai. I am not aware of its procedures for obtaining or to whom should I contact about this. can anyone think that the knowledge about it.

To rent a shop outside the mall you can find in the stores listed in the Daily National and contact the owners, rent is usually paid in advance and 2-4 years Safety Month or April 1 equal postdated checks for a year rent.
