Qualifications:
Required
high school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in customer service.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and initiative.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Type 35 wpm.
Ability to use a standard messaging system such as Lotus Notes or MS Outlook, including calendar management and updating of the database properties.
Excellent attendance record, including job stability.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including access, basic Internet knowledge and experience of incoming orders.
Ability to sit for up to three hours at a time, without an extended break.
