Senior Living In Maryland

I am living college-bound high school in Maryland. I am currently employed so I asked myself as an exemption in 2009. However, for tuition in the state, I need to be dependent. Can my parents still wonder as a dependent, even though I asked myself? Help would be really appreciated.

your parents no doubt that you requested and fasting and you have to do the same as they did (not take your personal exemption each)
