How easy is the Tucson, AZ (Arizona) community? I requested / obtained at the University of Arizona. I'm curious to know what people who live in Tucson is like? I'm looking to make friends, learn a new culture, and basically make the best of my four years. Im a senior high school in New Jersey, in passing.
most people here in Tucson are really nice. It depends on what part of town you move the way you will be well received. If you move to Catalina Foothills, the school is pleasant to the eyes, but students are a little snobbish ... if not most places are very friendly
It depends on what you are reallly in Tucson. Stay away from Mesa at night, because it is considered the "Gheto" neighborhood. You must have fun and good luck in college!
it was ranked friendly city in the country said in a U, I think almost everyone I met is really nice and relaxed
Tucson people are very relaxed and friendly. You really live here. I was in the years in Tucson now and never want to move. If you are a student at the U of A, then you must live near the university. It is the coolest place in town. Apartment search village's main gate (rent of 450 +), which is 4 street Univ. Rincon and try apt. awesome (500 +). In addition, the search for rental properties on the narrow street of the vine on the campus.
My cousin was going to AU 3 years now. She loves school, the weather. Regarding the city, she said it was great, about 1 million, but it is extensive. If you are looking for a big city feel, Tucson is not the city. The climate is extremely pleasant. With regard to their programs, it is a good public school. I went there, and people seemed friendly. You might consider joining a frat, Greek life, it is amazing! There are lots of hot sorority girls out there.
The U of A is a great school - I went there, too. However, Tucson is a ghetto dirty little town full of Hicks, hippies and illegal immigrants. Enjoy!
Oh, and they wear cowboy boots to work instead of dress shoes. LOL ..
