There is a nice all year as long as you want to stay at the campground outside of Yuma, Arizona. It is free or very cheap. (Depending if you have your own power or need to plug) There are also several in Florida, but they are packed and becomes very expensive. There are some in Montana you could stay all year less as well. Butte, Montana KOA is $ 300 per month, includes utilities.
