Retirement Living Community

Retirement Living CommunityDo you considered living in a new community retirement enjoyable?

We have a new opening in the winter here. It is open to those aged 55 and over and rent payments are based on income. I was an owner of my house mother for about 8 years now since my divorce and cannot really afford maintenance,,, Im thinking about moving to a retirement home and renting this house on my sister. Any thought on this? Any comments or suggestions appreciated. I have been depressed since I moved into this house last October I need a new start.Maybe could this be?

Please be very careful in what you do ... there are areas of retirement, and then there are areas of retirement ..... Too many of these people have withdrawn from life in general, cranky, waiting to die. Entering World (World Leisure) seems to vary from place to place. " People here are very active, in others it is executed ambulance ..... I'm not sure I want to live, where all those around me die.
I agree with you that it may be time to consider an apartment, but .... Again, this is a shoot the shit. I would be very careful about renting to your sister or other family member ... there may be times when "I did not rent" teething problems, and you'll be able to do nothing! Again, consider your options carefully. If you visit this place, make sure you meet and talk to those who live there .. they give you down on the town, no shots fired. If you meet the majority as the place, and if you want the most, you'll be happy.

One of my dreams, path is not allowed to do so again,
Is what you talk about government-funded? We have some of those here. They are sometimes questionable, if they are too large,
Has a place here too many problems with tenents unruley
especially in rabies 55s. Also working paper is to get in the big, your total assets must be shown at home,
rental income, savings, etc. etc. If you and your sister may not live together, we might think of selling, renting verses keep, Ins.
property taxes. Good luck.

This possible move sounds like you need. When one door closes, another opens. Engaging in this retreat center will again be responsible for the maintenance of your shoulders, where you live now, especially since you can not afford. I'm sure a new beginning for you to bring some peace of mind. New beginnings can be exciting. Good luck to you. :)

I just moved to a retirement community. It was a mobile home park 55 +. I moved here because I moved my mother there immediately after my dads passing. I was there for a little over 3 years. I was 60 then. At first I appreciated the calm and tranquility. But after a while, it was too quiet. When my grandchildren, nieces and nephews come to visit, they were so restricted. They could not make noise when playing alongside fear of complaining neighbors. They could not go swimming if occupied by tenants. There were no children nearby to hang himself. In addition to restrictions grandchildren, I missed being surrounded by young people, families, and the sound of children playing. Now I live in a foster home park right in front of the pool and basketball court. On top of all the adjoining property to the park in front of me is a little manger! I love it! If you're like me, so young children and the love I do not recommend a 55 + community. But if you want to escape the noise of family life and children, I highly recommend it. With your lease payment of most of the 55 + communities offer many fun activities such as Bingo, Pot Luck dinners, holiday visits, our community offers visits to local casinos and Las Vegas. And they offered cruises on the seas. And, Museum Tours, all at discount prices perfectly. They also had to join organizations such as Red Hat ladies. If you're in this kind of thing can be fun. A community that is 55 +.
