How much is the rental of retail space? I live in Ohio, and I'm looking to rent a space to start a retail business. I'm looking for something around 700 square feet. But I have no idea how I am.
Call around to various real estate companies. If they do not retail leasing, they probably know someone who does.
Retail space varies based on location. If you plan on sitting next to a Wal-Mart, you'll probably pay a * lot * of your space. A shopping center you will pay rent plus share of revenue. There are also seasonal factors. A center that will bear their prices in the months before and just after Christmas.
There are many duties involved in what you want to do, but it could be quite worth it to end.
I know it sounds redneck or Podunk, but you might consider watching a good flea market as well. Depending on the product, many people do a lot of money in the flea markets and the rent is very reasonable.
I saw the space range from $ 15 - $ 100 per sq ft (which is a year) then 875 U.S. dollars - $ 5,833 per month for 700 square feet.
The cost is relevant, but the most important thing is location, location, location. If space is cheap and has limited traffic your chances of selling less for any product you sell, however, heavy traffic, you can sell more by accident than on purpose. You can pay more for the premium location but it will show in the sales and the bottom line! Good luck and hope you hit them dead !!!!!!
After obtaining the space you can think of launching the
SPECIAL EVENT RENTAL COMPANY.
I will invest U.S. $ 5,000 and stock table linens, chair covers, sashes and napkins and will start my
SPECIAL EVENT RENTAL COMPANY
The company will pay me the amount of rental income and yet still beautiful.
I can rent these items for wedding planners, hotels, clubs and event managers.
This is very lucrative and glamorous business.
Any body interested can contact me, I have real supplier guide and mentor.
