Ranch House Plans

We have chosen a plan 4BR ranch and the manufacturer told us it was very expensive because of all the corners. Only 1,496 square feet, we thought keeping our images we would be OK sqm. Is it true that it would be preferable to a two-story 4BR, as opposed to 4BR ranch? I thought the story would be two expensive.We not know and need help choosing a plan. He told us to find others that we loved and to give him another prize, but we do not really know where to start.

A story in two basic "salt box" design is cheaper than the same images in a square at one stage. With a history in two, you'll need half of roofing material, and you share a ceiling and floor.

The more "cuts" of a roof, the more expensive it will be.
