Property Title Deeds

Property Title DeedsHow long does it take to change ownership of property titles?

I try to buy a property when the times, but it seems that the title still displays the former owner as the owner and not the mortgage company.
I hope this will not stop my progress ('m not having much luck buying flat and really need to move - have tried for about 9 months) and I wonder if it's just a matter of timing .

Thank you for your help or.

Are you the owner prior to foreclosure or are deeding it to the bank in lieu of foreclosure? I suppose they seized. If so, the sheriff's deed must be issued a transfer of property owner before the bank. Usually this is supported by the foreclosure Crown. I suppose you have a realtor, then have to start making phone calls. This should not take much time to disappear, but could take some time depending on how quickly the firm up on the ball. Keep on them.

In this state, if you're on and seized the property is sold, the Treasurer can not issue a deed to the purchaser until the repayment period is up - typically 75 days after the sale. Consult a real estate attorney in the State of the property is located
