Sears prefabricated homes are common. I have a number of house plans from this period. Queen Anne Victorian may look like nothing. If you can get a photo of him, it would be helpful. Check with the local historian or newspaper pictures.

If it is 100 years old, I doubt it was a manufactured home. The OEM is probably dead. Get a living architect who has experience with houses restoration. He was only 50 years ago when Sears was selling houses.
