Owning A Golf Course

Can I do an internship to be a bit like being in my hometown Macroom. I knew you could do it but I do not know how.
If anyone knows Wold they tell me how?

You can not build a course that you describe, but you can select different hole courses that already exist in the game and create your own layout. You can save this way, and play in the regular game modes.
