One Story Home Plans

One Story Home PlansThen a story home plan both be used for a one story home?

I like the look of the greatest air of a two-story, but do not want to face a floor

I think by doing that you've probably insulted many architects and designers out there but I think people should know the reasons and then they can decide for themselves.

In your situation, it depends how the drawings (for the two-storey house which you speak) are provided. Normally, the goal of an architect / designer to maximize the use of space and functionality of a alotment while simultaneously saving you money. Of course this is not always the case, but .. can now access your situation, it is very possible that your plan could work for a floor, but you should see the backwords plans. Try to see why the WHO never designed primarily designed the thing as it is.
1. List all the things you need your new home (if ur spending hundreds of thousands that you want something that would return your investment and be comfortable to live, save a little on the design that could come to haunt you later)
Two. See if all the equipment you need are on the lower floor.
3. start looking at all the things you need to add the plans and things that you can delete. Reduce level could mean that you can reduce a large number of pipes with a bathroom, a design for a floor is very different from the design of several floors when it comes to plumbing.
consider the structure of the house and how it has affected them.
Basically MAKE SURE U DO NOT something you do not need and UR NOT missing something you need.
4. You do not have to change the working drawings of the house to adapt to change, otherwise you can easily get ripped off by the builder or build something that does not comply with building codes in your area.

This is all just for you own information. But I'm 100% against. I think you should either hire someone to design a home to fit your needs, you will end up saving money on its construction and maximize its value.
Or find the person who designed the plans you have now (two floors) and ask them to modify your needs.

It might seem that the design of a small residence is a simple thing, but there are actually so many considerations and variations. Its best to retain the services of an expert (architect) to design your new home to better respond to your needs and save you money in the future.
* At least they will be liable if somethign goes wrong

yes but it would be more costly

No, two story plan is designed for the weight, but you can use 1st floor plan of main floor plan in the series of new plans.
You need to put electrical, mechanical, structural, building materials, articles, local code and map of each batch of these plans contain several. some cases, about 20 pages.

This will cause many headaches .. the first floor will top plates etc. for the second floor and if you ask differently you do a heck of a good farms etc. .. Why not for her having a fake couple "windows" built on the roof ....
