Last month the new holder Richard Kocerhan open doors Belvoir Central Bristol - and business is already booming.

With a background in construction and experience as an owner, Richard decided to pursue a career in rentals seemed the ideal next step.

"We have taken a number of properties and everything is going well," said Richard. "I am very happy with the way it goes at the moment and Belvoir Central Office to tell me I'm fine too.

"I certainly enjoy it. The Labour party that I'm enjoying the most is to get out and about and meeting customers. And I'm proud of myself that I came into something completely foreign to me and I m keeping mine. "

Richard now wants to focus on the growth of Belvoir Bristol Central Office before considering the possibility to grow its business further ...

"Bristol is big enough to hold several offices so obviously I'd like to expand," he said. "I want to focus on the heart of business at the moment but once Belvoir central Bristol is established, it would be nice to open other offices around Bristol Belvoir. "
