New House Floor Plans

New House Floor PlansFloor Plans for my new home?

We are about to start drawing plans for our new home. I do not want to use predrawn house plans because the houses here in Romania are so unique that I intend to use their style. But I need ideas and advice on creating my own plans things someone might not consider unless they have already built or being built. Here are some things I already know.
approximately 2,000 square feet
2 floors
marble and tile throughout the house
materals Concrete Construction
2 upstairs balconies

We have mild summers and cold winters here. I need ideas please

You will need to establish the limits of your yard and make sure the house you've decided to take the field, taking into account all the failures and the natural contours of land or peculiarities that may be involved (not the slope of steep terrain?).
Next write each room or space that you want included, and give each area with approximate dimensions. Now you can manipulate the space so it flows well, for example, you may want to go into the kitchen to the garage, so the kitchen and garage AER close to each other. Put the stairs in an ideal location central etc.

It is the design of the interior, you may not be left with the highest elevation in this way! Use small pieces of cardboard and move them on graph paper, using a scale that you find easier to work with.
Now that you have thought of size and how the pieces go together, it is time to develop outside the po

Draw your ideas or sketches of the altitude. At least the front elevation and side view. This will affect the floor plans, so the floor plans to match the high altitude.

Keep going back and forth until you're happy. There are many people online that offer plans for affordable housing Writing as www.houseplanarchitect.com www.homeplandrafting.com and they can give you professional advice and make your plans to complete construction documents .

You may not want to use the plans per se, but to see many shots should give you some ideas of what you want and can Layout altitude, go to builder.com, they have hundreds of plans for you give good ideas.

Electrical outlets are good things to have around. So are the light switches on all doors - for both sides of the door.

Remember to take local weather conditions when deciding on the slope of the roof - heavy snow on a flat roof can lead to collapse, and walkways in hot weather are good things if you do not air conditioning.

When you design your staircase, remember that you may wind up carrying very large and heavy furniture up those stairs, do not make it too narrow or too steep or you'll be sorry!

All marble and tile can be beautiful, but it will be terribly cold in the middle of January. If you can, try to have one put in underfloor heating while you are building. This is the most efficient way to heat your home, and more comfortable if you happen to be wandering barefoot.

Engage architect or engineer or help you develop plans or to look over and suggest improvements. They will not only be able to find things that most people do not think this, but they will become familiar with local building codes and manufacturers and thus be able to warn you before you make a costly mistake.

You might consider buying a book written by Susan Susanka called "The Not So Big House" is an architect who has much experience in this field. I read and found very useful in designing my own house. It's full of ideas and pictures showing how to move certain design and use of quality materials can be used to create a comfortable home that does not have much wasted space.
