Ideally I'd like to find one that can show a pattern of your mortgage down rather than showing how long it would take to pay the debt off.

I wrote an Excel spreadsheet that comes only, different scenarios, the time discount rate, etc. each with a graph against each other for comparison overpay (including me) and you can see how well you you need at any point in the future.

If you want a copy, write me and I'll send you ..... there is nothing to the imagination about it so you can tweak to suit your own needs rather easy.

I tested it against the online calculators etc. and it works very well ... but obviously it's just an indicative tool, always check with a qualified financial advisor before making any decision.
