Mobile Home Retirement CommunitiesIs retirement communities mobile a good investment given the high cost of land leases?

Looking to buy a mobile home in a retirement community. I fear that, due to the cost of leasing the land that my house will not appreciate enough to cover this cost if I decide to sell.
