Maggie Valley Nc

I will visit on December 7 and return to Florida Dec13th. My friends have never seen snow, and I would love to ski. All of suggestion?

You can see the snow in Maggie Valley. There is a ski resort. There is no way of knowing when it will snow, however, it is usually not much snow before Christmas.

If you want to go further up the mountain, go to Mount Mitchell. It snows sometimes when not in other places. Around Grandfather Mountain / Linville area is a good place to see snow, but it is not real close to Maggie Valley. You'll need to check the weather forecast for the region before leaving for the trip.

You can drive in the mountains of Tennessee, but still no guarantee that you will see snow.
