Leasehold Title

Leasehold TitleTo purchase freehold property lease with the title?

Hello,
I have a question if we just buy freehold property, as with the leasehold title.
Sellers obtained the lease in 2005 for 125 years. And after three years in 2008, he bought the house as freehold. Now he sells his house outright.
So if I want to buy this house as a freehold lease no. can I buy it?
once I buy this house in what capacity I can get "freehold" (although it has from the outset forever)?
Can I cancel the lease? if not, what happens when the end of rental period?

Aman

you can buy it but when the lease expires it returns
