I plan to go to University of Pennsylvania. Instead of becoming financially independent, I change my legal guardian to my aunt in Pennsylvania. How could I do?

You can not change your legal guardian. You are an adult.

If you want to change your legal guadiana quailfy to financial assistance, which would be considered fraud.

You are an adult, if you have no legal guardian ... But to answer your question ... change your license, bank account, and file your taxes using your address aunts. This should be sufficient proof of legal residence.

If you are applying for financial aid, you will need your aunt to cooperate in establishing a lease, or provide income records if you request that you live with it and to the load.
