If you want to buy land is for sale hunting land as it means that you can not build on it and live there? I see all the hunting grounds of time selling. Wondered if it was limited to just hunting or if I could build a house and live on the property.
In my land rural land announced that hunting means no utilities, no septic tank, not well. Also be aware there is hunting in the region. This is to warn potential buyers what to expect. It is zoned agricultural, but you are allowed to build a house. It is a costly proposition because you must pay cash for land. Enter power can cost upward 50k, septic and well another 25k, the interruption of a road for an alley another 20k
And you have not even begun to build.
Sassy is right. Its more likely zoned agricultural. This means that you can live on it, but it is probably far from the road than anyone has built in utilities or road access. You should look closer to the earth. Some "hunting ground" might be appropriate for someone who is not interested in recreational hunting land, but interested in remote settlements.
It may be possible to build a house there, but the land hunting is usually advertised as such, because there are obstacles involved to be able to build. If land were available as building, it would be announced as such, simply because buildable land is worth more than what is "hunting.
If you're ready to use a septic tank and bring your own water
bottles, you can build.
also consider that, you can buy almost anywhere in the U.S.
For the moment, cheaper than you can build
It should be zoned - Residential building a house there. I guess the zoning which is without doubt, recreational or agricultural.
In Alaska, you can!
