I mail offering me if I'll pay $ 40 a month, they will cover any damage to my home, if they can not replace it.Is refix it true or not? Advice me is the guarantee?

They are not rated by AM Best, their own request. That scares me. I would not buy insurance from a company not noted.

Notice the wording that they use - especially the insurance of words "and" coverage "that might be missing. Also, remember to check the deductible and exclusions.

Finally, prior to purchase, call your BBB and see if they have complaints on file.

Remember, $ 40 per month is $ 480 per year. Add to this franchise, and figure, and they are in it to make money - if you're more likely to come out ahead, do not buy their plan.

Old Republic is much better.
