You should know a reputable A / C company I do not know if a service is in your area, but they have a good plan. If you sell your home and ask your need a realtor. Or just go ahead and call acouple of estate agents that many people have when selling an old house. The estate agent must know the plans better. get one that is served at the local level is not what you call an 800 number and any Yahoo could emerge.
Sorry, can not recommend anything positive about these guarantees. Some of them are outright scams, but even those who are "legitimate" end up not offer much protection. Remember that the company providing the guarantee is to try to make money, and one way is to add terms which often do not cover (or cover completely) the problems that you end up with ...
