T, taxes, Bell phone plans at home in Canada? The reason I ask is because I'm weighing the cost for switching from Rogers to Bell ... Currently, even if Rogers is to broadcast advertisements to say they are cheaper - in terms of barebones Bell is still cheaper.
Yes, the GST and PST are charged on fixed lines from Bell.
Roger continues to try to make me pass, but with the basic telephone line, no plan to long range, and "answer the call, I pay less than I would with Roger.
The tax is the tax. Both companies will support the same total tax cost (cost base, of course)
