I live in Texas, and I'll be buying a house in October. I do not know what to buy home warranty. I've heard good and bad of several companies.

Most are not worth the paper they are printed. If you look at the fine print, you find they have left themselves "out" throughout their policies of. If you do not report a problem in a timely manner. If you have a man come from heating to diagnose your problem heating it cancels insurance because someone else just looked at your water heater.

Like most insurance, this is a scam. That being said their are some companys that are more reliable than others. I am in Vietnam right now so I do not have my files with me and can not give you names on the top of my mind.
But ... Business leaders are continental and First American. Read your text in small print and save your conversations with their agents. They will do everything in their power to not pay your debts. Many of these companys have more money to the people of Northridge and New Orleans. dishonest.

I would not recommend a guard in Plano, TX. They service was less than satisfactory on several levels. Repairers they contract with companies are not well known that have been around a long time, but companies like Air 123 and 456 of heat. Although you pay them, they are loyal to repairers. They do not hire contractors well known because of their high price. Small businesses that are growing can use these guarantees as a way to advertise for free and make new customers. But I agree that you should really read the fine print and check on BBB.org Flag
