MarketplaceHayes Properties I am interested in a property in Pype Hayes, Birmingham, nobody knows about the site? Also what are the prospects for development and investment potential in Pype Hayes? I understand that this is part of the Erdington area, people say it's the best part of Erdington ... Is this true? If you ask local people their opinion would be partial ... I'm not sure, need advice desperately needed. I suggest you visit ....

you can get good information regariding postcode of your area, home prices, etc. ..
This area is good .. night etc. But a lot of traffic near the park during the fireworks.
Good luck I lived in Pype Hayes but have evolved. Previously, an area quite bad, but they moved a low of trouble away from families for the redevelopment have been informed that they would return. The area is part of private property and Council Partial housing association /. We Neve struggled to live there and I think they are trying to improve the sector. When they sold the first batch of houses, I noticed a large number of them, where to sell within 12 months. You need to shop around for an evening and weekends to get the full picture. Again it depends on whether you rent or buy. If you buy, you can be a bit harder and I want to get closer to the end Eachelhurst Road. Good luck Posted on July 2, 2010.
