Also what are the prospects for development and investment potential in Pype Hayes? I understand that this is part of the Erdington area, people say it's the best part of Erdington ... Is this true? If you ask local people their opinion would be partial ...

I lived in Pype Hayes but have evolved. Previously, an area quite bad, but they moved a low of trouble away from families for the redevelopment have been informed that they would return.
