Guest House Plans

My husband and I are planning to move closer to his family and the future past, we would like to build his stepfather and mother a house so they can be supported in case of worsening health . Does anyone know the house very affordable plans that we can buy? I mean, we lay the foundation slab ourselves, but we would need a contractor to complete construction of the guesthouse itself. Does anyone have ideas for helping us, because we are so confused about the process. Thank you.

Another possibility would be to take a look at some plans duplex. There are some on this site are designed for a multi-generational life instead of true duplex with two identical units. Some smaller districts in the regulations attached to the main residence.

There are many such plans listed on the internet. Google plans of the house and see what sites appear.
