Florida Active Adult Communities

We are moving to Florida in 2 years. We want to live in Ga, NC or Tennessee While looking for a house, we would like to rent an active adult community, this summer in one or more of the targeted States.

Why have you not considered Williamsburg, Virginia? He was voted best place to retire. We did and we love it!

I would say that the hook with a realtor in the area to watch you go.

We recently moved from OH to the west of NC. Real estate and taxes are lower here.
