What is the best way to find a commercial property locally? I try to create a laser tag business and the need to find a location in my area. What is the best way to find properties to rent for commercial use.
I rented a commercial space and there are questions you need to answer your self:
1. What is my budget for this space?
2. My budget includes the renovation to meet the needs of my business?
3. What is the cost of insurance related to property? What is the cost of licenses?
4. Where is the location of my target audience?
5. How does my target customer will join me? (Transportation to the site)
6. Do I need a location for the road frontage visibility or mall space could meet my needs?
7. What space is the minimum and maximum I could live with?
8. Is there a possibility of hire purchase on the site, so that if (not if) I get my business going well, I could consider purchasing the property?
9. When you find a site: who are your neighbors?
