Any good advice on finding office space for a small company investment company? only need about 500sq ft to begin. Obviously, if it grows I'll need more. look at the budget, would not mind something unique, I am in a region dear to a large city, but could go commuter, if I need it. do not need too high end for the moment. I am not interested in UPS Executive set forth, but more in the direction of a sub-lease of an office booster. If someone can share their advice or experience with what I would be very happy. This is my first shot of the company and so I find this kind of thing to be stronger than the idea of business model / part field. Thank you.
Your answer is business incubation. It depends on where you are whether there will be one in your area. But since you're in a big city. Your chances are great. Here's the long and short of it and I've included some websites with info. Great success for you!
Business incubators are organizations that support the entrepreneurial process, to help increase the survival rate of young innovative companies. Only entrepreneurs with feasible projects are admitted into the nursery, where they are offered a specialized menu of support resources and services. The resources and services available to an entrepreneur include: provision of physical space, management coaching, help with a business plan, administrative support, technical, business networking, advice on intellectual property and sources of funding. The incubation process is intended to last about 2-5 years.
If you really want to save money and will not need a room is to meet and greet customers, many storage at controlled temperatures will rent space for a desk (24 hour access days inclusive). I heard them running telephone / cable TV lines (for Internet access as well). Since it is temperature controlled, you're comfortable. You'll also have everything you need.
