That legal procedures / regulations are associated with providing an escrow service? I'm looking to set up a secure website offering people Specialties technology (eg networking, programming, web design, etc.) to research jobs placed by those who need work done.
The site will ideally be an escrow service option that will allow the tech to finish the job knowing they will be paid (if it meets standards correct) and they buyer can place funds in an account knowing that if work is not satisfactory, it is no bill to pay.
I was just wandering what kind of legal provisions, regulations and procedures have been associated with this type of service ...
Any help or advice would be great ...

About Housing - Department of Real Estate is already addressing these problems, but you can still ask them if it would be legal to entertwine with their company.
