Deer Creek Village

I read somewhere that Hunters Creek is on all the surrounding subdivisions.

Southchase is about one mile north of Hunter Creek and does not belong. STC has many gated communities and non-blocked with different, but I do not think everything you listed are not necessarily part of HC, just close. Falcon Trace is in front of HC, but a separate subdivision.

Meadow Woods is much older and east, and Deerfield is just north of HC.

I will not go through all these neighborhoods, sorry. Southchase is subdiviison that borders Hunter's Creek in the north. Highway 417 divides the journey of two from east to west between them.
