Cyprus Property

I'm looking for the best information on investing in property in Cyprus. I am interested in areas such as Paphos. Villas and apartments, investment properties of any that I could find information?

BuySellCyprus.com is a great search site for you .... and they have agents all over the island .... we used, and they were great.

I must say, however, prices will go all the time! We bought our house three bedrooms four years ago for just £ 43,000, which included all our furniture! Now the same houses sell for about £ 130,000!

It would be helpful if you came for a holiday, and verified that many agents and property dealers as possible to give you an idea. Do not be tempted to buy "off plan" if! One of our neighbors did just that .... and she had never visited Cyprus before! When she came to watch his house'''', she thought it was the house that stood alone in a field near us .... not the villa of three bedrooms a few doors away!

Just a thought, do not consider buying in the North. If the property is still relatively cheap, it becomes increasingly obvious that developers are building on land still legally belongs to Greek Cypriots in the south. Its much safer to buy in the South.

I think the best thing you can do is go there and have a beautiful appearance and talk to ex-pats, they give you the best advice

Find an interesting report on the free property investment in Cyprus. Looks good and definitely answered some questions that you would probably have investment real estate on Cyprus.

The risk factor is lower in Bulgaria and a lot cheaper thanCyprus.

Cyprus is not cheap but I would rather UCH spend more money for a property in Cyprus as a country that save money and buy in a country with living standards well below Bulgaria, no health services, low standard of living etc.
