Country Cottage House Plans

We want to buy land and build a house in Tennessee, but I'm trying to get an idea of how much house plans similar to what we want the construction costs. I would like somthing like a house of 2300 sqm agricultural area with country-style guest house on the ground as small as much as we can afford, after the house (10 acres or so). But I need to have a rough idea of the costs of room to really look down. Short of going to Tennessee and sit down with a builder, how can we get an idea of how something like this cost? Any builders out there?

You should know that the cost of construction per square foot is the part of Tennessee you want to live, then multiply by the square footage desired. It is possible that you could call a manufacturer in this field and get that number by phone. Building a house from top to bottom is an important step. Perhaps your best bet would be to consult a builder is a person of your desired area .. you may need. I hope this helps:)

get a list of equipment, go to the local lumber yard to give them an estimate on this go to a local contractor and see what the cost might be. they can charge a few dollars, but you'll get the approximate cost. I agree with the other answers anywhere from $ 90.00, $ 110.00 per square foot
