Mortgage: Residential and 14acres with 5 locations. How do I separate my home mortgage business? I'm on a variable rate due to commercial rents, which are on the property where is my residence. The 14 acres is divided into four tracts. And my house is on a contract with a rental cabin. How can I split that I'm not trying to pay a variable rate increasing interest?
