Who can be prosecuted in a restaurant? In an eating establishment, which is responsible for justice, business owner (the one who opened the business with the county records) or the person who signs an agreement to lease the commercial property, or both?
Prosecuted for what? The question of details.
For example, if a client is injured because ownership has not been maintained, the person who signs the lease may be liable. They took responsibility for the maintenance of the property.
If a client is injured because the food was poorly prepared, the person holding the license may be held responsible. In particular it indicates that it was the party responsible for the operation of the business.
If rent is not paid, it will be signed lease that is primarily responsible. In most cases, both people have continued, just to make sure they get the responsible party.
Exceptionally, the owner, whether a natural or legal person is the person named in the complaint.
