Commercial Property RegisterUnder the Residential Tenancies Act is it compulsory to register commercial property purchase in 1996 of the previous tenant?

Store Bought in 1996 by the former tenant and the new tenant got the receipt for rent by owner, not the new tenant is at fault legal. or certainty what should the new tenant.

Well, the new tenant must enter into new agreement with the terms and conditions with the newly formed land lord to terminate the tenancy agreement earlier with the former tenant and the register of same.So rent the new tenant will be in accordance with the law.
