Commercial Property Manchester

looking for a big old office building / commercial property to rent for a weekend to run a murder / mystery play style, but no idea where to start!

I tried real estate agents, but not had much luck so thought I ask here for ideas ...

Needs to have several floors, many rooms, running water and toilets and, ideally, be able, but otherwise I do not really care about the state.

Must also be quite central in the country - London / Manchester / Gloucester are my limits as I am based in Northampton
