What I like a KC 90 / o Single Guy?! My dad's best friend is moving with his wife for KC and suggested moving my dad with him. I see there is a new retirement home sponsored by the Archdiocese called Santa Marta. Anyone Havva no light? What is traffic like in this area? Cost of living? Services for Seniors? Churches? Thank you!

I do not know the details about Santa Marta - at this stage it is in the final stages of construction - scheduled to open this fall.

The area is located in eastern suburbs.

The cost of living, traffic, etc. is quite normal for the Midwest. Its generally cheaper than the coasts. Climate is the set - we have all four seasons here.
