Wheres the best place to catch the big bass or crappie Illinois? I already know this is not the Carlyle Lake.
HAHA to your situation, if, in the north-central Illinois I would drive to Newton Lake or Lake Coffen. If, in southern Illinois have to head south of Lake Marion in Egypt. All three lakes are central means of growth of fish and eat all year. DNR expects that the record of Illinois to come to Newton's big mouth or Egypt. Winter and early spring are the best for the lakes, but you can always make good all year. Good luck!
jk do use a toliet not know, but good luck
sangchris lake is one of the best for largemouth and crappie was two weeks ago in an online world that was with me, including myself took at least 2 12''ou lower when we were there
Although the conduct of Hammond, IN San Antonio, TX, one day, I stopped at Horseshoe Lake, near the southern border of Illinois. Spent about 10 minutes with a buzz bait by standing on a small bridge and caught the biggest bass of my life. I turned around to show it to someone, and the two guys who had been there to speak in the parking lot have disappeared! Did not have a camera or a refrigerator and was facing another 14 hours on the road. He kissed and said goodbye!
Spring Lake west of Manito fish the south end of the lake for big fish and at the end of the North for the low number of about 10 more pieces have come from the southern tip lately
Also I hear the open pit lakes have big bass, but most are private
I took some of the big bass of Lake Argyle and Lake Spring by Macomb. Croppies are size DECET here. I'm Illinios subsribed hunting and fishing and they have a section for bass and lakes bgest Cropper. If you want e-mail me, I'll tell you the lakes they suggest.
