Carefree Senior Living

Carefree Senior Livinglive life to the College on the campus at home vs.?

I am a senior at the university at that time and I lived at home throughout my whole college life, lol ... I feel a bit like if I missed something in not living on campus. My father always tells me it is not important because a know how real life college is not worth the extra money it usually costs to live on campus and everything. However, I feel I missed something ... It's so weird, it's like the strange feeling .. and since we live about 35 minutes from my school and my parents gave me shelter, I'm hardly allowed out at night or anything ... = _ = I've never had to go out with friends a lot and take photos on Facebook and live away from my parents and all that ... you know, all the freedom and responsibility while attending school ... It just makes me feel a little sad to think that my first experience with freedom and things will be when I totally support all on my own bills and pay even more all the time and worry about everything in my life = / I guess in some ways, I feel jealous of those young people who have to live "carefree" at the university because they could experience the freedom and their own ways, but their parents continue to be paid to him for a moment ... Dad keeps saying that I'm lucky I'll graduate with a lower bill, but I am really glad because I have a fair amount of student loans to low and no memory of pleasure?

I do not want to sound like I'm complaining, but I really feel like I missed a great life at home and be under the constant supervision of my parents all those years while my other friends were the attainment of independence.

I'm just asking you guys here, I really missed a lot by staying at home and unaware of the true college life?

It depends where you go to college. At a college - there are even off-campus housing / apartments. You will not miss much if you do not party.

You can make friends easily by joining clubs or organization that interests you as perhaps join a club in your major if one exists. Also, you can go out to perform a task force / ask classmates for help is a way to begin to make new friends.

I know exactally how you feel, I just finished my first year in college and I already feel like I missed a lot of fun and memories. From now Im trying to save some money and leave because of my parents assumes no home, just tutition. I think the hardest part to live at home is its hard to make many friends as you would in school life.
