Belize Property

I get loads of interesting community "planned" in Belize called Progresso Heights. They sell: vacant lots, houses, other pieces of semi-developed? I'm not too familiar with buying property in Latin America care, but I do so that local populations are increasing. Does anyone have experience with this? They provide financing on their land cheaply. They seem legitimate.

! St you need to do homework well ... Have you been to Belize? Are you at all familiar with real estate laws in Belize? What if none of the rights of squatters are there? Do you know a good local lawyer who can be trusted? and thats just the start

Latin American real estate scams are many ... I own property in Costa Rica myself know a little what I say ... many Americans have been burned in Costa Rica, because they do not know the laws or fraud, pure and simple ... and others have no idea they have paid so much money too much for what they got.

They may indeed be a reputable company, but do your homework before risking the hard-earned dollars.
