Bathroom Floor Plans

I'm trying to help my mom look for floor plans and we are looking for a 3-4 bedroom house with two bedrooms which include both there is a bathroom. , preferably on one floor and we do not seem to find. anyone know any good sites?

The company will make a custom overhaul if you want or if they do not have what you are looking for.

I f my memory serves me correctly I remember that Home Depot has plans for them.
