Bad Credit Remortgage

I had bad credit for the last 4 years and I needed to remortgage my house, I found a website called http://www.badcreditlenderremortgage.co.uk who recommended a company there there who have been excellent to deal with and very good rates and the best company to deal with by far (in my opinion)

I wanted to know if I could perhaps claim an additional amount and wants a little Porky saying that it was for something else that I can get some money for me. Has anyone done this? and if you did, what did you say the money was for?

Say it's for renovations. In general, they do not check if this is a huge thing, as an extension or a grandmother's flat, etc.
